MEET THE CREW! 👋
Today we introduce Zac Gracia! Zac has been with Boyers Construction for about 5 years now. He is a residential project manager.
Zac has been married to his wife Beki for 10 years. They have two beautiful daughters, Elowen age 5 and Emagene age 10.
As a family, they like to spend the weekends together camping, swimming and just hanging out with their friends and family whom they love dearly!
Beki and Zac met in college in Tennessee (Go Tennessee Titans! 🏈). Zac has a bachelor`s degree in Art. He specifically focused on audio production and worked in venues such as the Ryman Auditorium, Genesee Performing Arts Center, and various other venues around Nashville.
In 2013 Zac started doing construction in Nashville. In 2018 Zac, Beki and their girls moved back to Archbold to be closer to family and friends.
Through mutual family connections, Zac got in touch with Boyers Construction and has been with us ever since.
Zac loves seeing a project from start to finish. He loves the subcontractor and customer interaction.
Zac thank you for all you do for the company. Your dedication and commitment is so appreciated! ✨

Steve has worked for Boyers Construction for about 6 months now. He has always been involved in Construction, but mostly on the retail side of things. He found himself wanting to be more involved in the behind-the-scenes construction process, specifically with the commercial construction and metal building divisions.
Steve says the growth and direction the company is headed in, is something he wanted to be a part of. Having the opportunity to focus on one part of the industry and learn to master the trade excites him the most. He is really excited to grow with the company, and grow the metal building sales.
On a personal note, Steve has been married to his wife Abbey for 9 years. They have a 5 year old daughter who just started kindergarten, a 3 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. As a family they love to spend time together and travel. In particular their favorite spots are Hilton Head and Florida!
Steve and Abbey like to golf together. They also love watching the Cubs and try to get to a Cubs game every year. Steve says Abbey started watching the Cubs with him to be nice, but now she loves it as much as he does!

Meet Tim Bowerman! Since 2011, he`s been an integral part of SEA Builders. However, today marks a bittersweet day at SEA Builders and Boyers Construction as we bid farewell to our colleague and friend, Tim Bowerman. After an incredible journey in construction spanning over four decades, today was his well-deserved retirement day!
Tim says the thing he has loved most about his job are the people he works with. Among the numerous projects, "Haas Door" holds a special place in his heart. Beyond the construction site, Tim enjoys time with his family. He has been married to Jana since `77 and is a proud father of three.
With a wealth of experience, he has some advice for the next generation: "Work every day and find joy in your job." Tim`s presence and expertise have been invaluable to our company, and he will be deeply missed.
Now that Tim is retired, he plans to spend a lot of time at the lake - hunting, fishing and quality time with his family! He said they may even get to spend more time in sunny Florida.
Tim, thank you for everything and congratulations on your well-earned retirement! 🏗️🎣🌅🎉
